Job Description of IT Support Engineer We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Engineer to join our call center team. As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing technical assistance to our call center staff. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving technical problems, and maintaining a high level of customer service. 1. Provide technical support for all data center hardware & software systems including call center staff & agents. 2. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner. 3. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals. 4. Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement system upgrades and improvements. 5. Assist with the setup and maintenance of call center equipment, including IP phones and headsets. 6. Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and ensure reliable internet access for. agents. 7. Train call center staff on basic IT procedures and best practices. 8. Document and maintain records of IT support requests and solutions. 9. Assist in the procurement of IT hardware and software as needed. 10. Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies relevant to the call center environment. Requirements:- Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Strong Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications, Networking & Linux, Server Technologies & Virtualization. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Location Raipur (CG) Type Full-time (Rotational Shifts) Salary Depend on Interview Benefits PF & ESIC Insurance
