If required try to release advertisement through POE.
To take interview permission for Interview.
To prepare Client Agreement.
To prepare Invoice and follow up with client till payment is received
Take the details of requirement from client, understand the job description, prepare plan & design the strategy to execute the entire mission.
Make a plan of action for interview campaign & distribute the work in team members accordingly. Keep continuous follow up with concern persons till the interview campaign gets over. Keep updating management about the progress.
After the interview campaign, collect offer letters/hiring documents from client. Once final list of selected candidates is received, proceed for further processes viz. medical, offer acceptance, attestation, visa stamping, ticketing & departure.
Keep updating clients on the progress of each process.
Send weekly report to the client.
If the vacancy for high category so in this case concern HR have to transfer P.P. ECR to ECNR.
If the candidate is education is minimum SSC, so there P.P will ECNR (If it is ECR so transfer it to the ECNR)
Reply back to your client immediately. There should not be any pending email.
Always fulfill clients requirement on or before time. Make sure that you will supply best manpower for that particular requirement.
To be present at the time of Events with clients as a coordinator till the event gets over.
