This pivotal role involves nurturing relationships with referring physicians, medical practices, and other healthcare professionals to drive patient referrals to the esteemed institution. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to increase patient referrals from referring physicians, medical practices, and healthcare professionals. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing referral sources through regular communication, visits, and follow-ups. Identify and engage with new potential referral sources to expand our network and increase. referral volume. Educate referring physicians and healthcare professionals about our hospital's services, specialties, and capabilities to drive referrals. Collaborate closely with internal departments, including marketing, physician relations, and business development, to support referral initiatives and maximize opportunities for growth. Analyze referral data and market trends to identify opportunities, challenges, and areas for improvement in referral strategies. Represent the hospital at industry events, conferences, and meetings to network with potential referral sources and promote our services. Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact referral relationships and strategies. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to internal stakeholders and external partners as needed. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, referrals, and outcomes using CRM software or other tracking tools. Qualifications Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Must have proven experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or a similar role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Data-driven and analytical mindset for tracking and measuring the success of referral marketing efforts.
