Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Healthcare Support Specialist to join our remote team. This role involves direct interaction with patients, requiring excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail, the ability to work in a dynamic environment with rotational shifts, including nights and weekends, and a strong motivation to learn and adapt on the job. A background in US healthcare and compliance is highly advantageous for this position. Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding support and assistance to patients, ensuring their inquiries and. concerns are addressed with patience and understanding. Maintain high levels of fluency in written and spoken English to effectively communicate and document patient interactions. Work in rotational shifts, including day, night, and weekends, to support our international client base. Quickly learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and procedures to enhance service delivery. Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of work, from patient communication to documentation and compliance with healthcare regulations. Exhibit self-motivation and a drive to achieve set goals and objectives, while working independently from a home office. Understand and adhere to US healthcare laws and compliance standards, applying this knowledge to ensure the privacy and security of patient information. Qualifications: Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and empathetic approach to conversations. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends. Proactive learner with the ability to quickly adapt to change. Previous experience in healthcare support, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
