Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Care Executives for a reputed banking client in the Salt Lake area of Kolkata. This is a pure customer service role with no sales, no targets. The job involves assisting existing banking customers with service-related queries over phone and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory support experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls related to banking queries.

• Provide support on account-related issues, transactions, passbooks, cheque status, ATM queries, etc.

• Maintain accurate call records and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.

• Follow standard protocols to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (HS) pass (12th pass) Graduates can also apply.

• Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English.

• Basic computer knowledge is a must (MS Office, typing, email handling).

• Freshers are welcome; prior customer service or call center experience is a plus.
