Position Summary: Axience a global business services and KPO firm is helping its client, a top European bank in developing a CoE in Bangalore. We are currently looking for a Real Assets Financing Analyst to join our clients Distribution Portfolio Management (DPM) team in Bangalore. Local reporting line: Vice President, Distribution & Portfolio Management (DPM) Main responsibilities and duties of the role: You will be a part of Client Front Office team, in charge of a portfolio of infrastructure, energy, and aviation finance transactions Perform credit analysis, rating / LGD proposals for these clients Preparation and presentation to Credit Committee of annual reviews Monitoring of the transactions (waivers, updates) and regular updates to management on these topics Regular interaction with internal parties (Coverage, Origination, Risk Dept and other relevant Dept) and external parties (client, external counsels) for the preparation of these analysis and the monitoring. of the deals Monitor the profitability of the transactions you are in charge of. Propose portfolio strategies on these deals (secondary sales, credit insurance) and direct Distribution teams for execution of the trades Opine on all new transactions presented to Credit Committee with a portfolio angle (benchmarking with other similar transactions in the books; analysis of its profitability and liquidity in the secondary market) Technical skill required: Very good understanding of financial statement analysis and financial projections Strong credit analysis background with a familiarity of APAC clients Credit portfolio management experience a plus, but not required Job qualification (education, years of experience and other soft skills): University Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline Minimum 4-7 years of experience in Structured Finance and/or Credit Risk with exposure to the Infrastructure and/or Commodity and/or Aviation sectors; Comfortable communicating with senior management members Excellent English language skills Team player and strong interpersonal skills Ability to work under tight deadline Other Requirements: Only those candidates willing to relocate to Bangalore will be considered Preference will be given to candidates from MNC banks with experience of 4+ years Contact: Candidates can also send their CV directly to hidden_email with the subject line - "Application for Real Asset Financial Analyst
