Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Airline Call Center Representative located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Airline Call Center Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to customers in areas such as booking and reservations, flight schedule inquiries, and baggage issues. The representative will ensure impeccable customer. satisfaction by utilizing strong interpersonal skills and a robust knowledge of computer literacy technology. Qualifications Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role Excellent customer service skills and ability to empathize with customers Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle difficult customers while maintaining a calm disposition A good understanding of aviation regulations, procedures, and airline policies Computer literate with the ability to navigate multiple systems and platforms Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
