: Unifaith Biotech Private Limited is seeking a dynamic individual for the position of Area Sales Manager, specializing in critical care pharmaceuticals with a strong background in injectable sales. As an integral part of our team, the Area Sales Manager will contribute to the growth and success of our critical care portfolio within the specified territory. Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote critical care pharmaceutical products, with a specific emphasis on injectables. Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify. opportunities for growth. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and pharmacies. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of critical care pharmaceuticals, especially injectables, and effectively communicate product features and benefits to healthcare professionals. Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge. Market Expansion: Identify and explore opportunities for market expansion within the territory. Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to the management team. Utilize CRM tools for effective territory management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or as a medical representative, with a focus on critical care and injectables. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel within the assigned territory. Knowledge of the local pharmaceutical market and healthcare landscape.
