Knowledge of Pipeline Components and Operating Parameters
Knowledge of Pipeline Drawings and Capacity to understand the drawings
Inline Inspection and Maintenance Pigging Management
Inline Inspection Data Assessment
Validation of Inline Inspection
Pipeline GIS
Pipeline Damage Mechanisms (Onshore/Offshore)
Pipeline Integrity Methods
External Corrosion Direct Assessment
Internal Corrosion Direct Assessment
Repair Decisions
Pipeline Repair Techniques
Preparation of Pipeline Repair Workpacks
Inspection of Subsea Pipeline
Pipeline Coating
Excel Based Understanding
Knowledge of various Pipeline RoW
Pipeline Class, Safety Factor
Pipeline Surveys
Pipeline RBI
Exposure to Pipeline Open Data Source and Data Migration in GIS Software
Desired Skills:
- Experience in an engineering position in Oil and gas/ Petro-chemical
- Drafting using AutoCAD
- Knowledge of SPPID and piping design will be added advantage
- API Certification 510/570/571/580/653
- Experience with Meridium/Credo/Pestra and SAP
- Implementation of Automation, AI, IOT techniques in Oil & Gas Portfolio
