Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic US IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a keen interest in learning the US staffing process. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or professionals with up to 1 year of experience looking to start or grow their career in US recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen potential IT candidates from various job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Understand job requirements and match qualified candidates based on skills, experience, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate salaries/rates, and close candidates for assigned requisitions.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
- Work closely with the Account Managers and Delivery Managers to understand hiring needs and deliver quality candidates.
- Follow up with candidates during the entire recruitment process and maintain relationships for future opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 01 year of experience in US IT recruitment or willing to learn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under night shifts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Basic understanding of IT technologies is a plus.
