Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) modules using plugins, workflows, JavaScript, PCF controls, and web resources.
- Analyze and understand business requirements to implement solutions within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Build and manage Power Automate flows to support business processes.
- Develop and maintain Model-driven apps within Power Apps.
- Design, configure, and support Dataverse environments, including solution packaging and deployment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and QA teams to deliver robust solutions.
- Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of solutions.
- Create technical documentation, deployment instructions, and support materials.
- Stay updated on new features and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 35 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development.
- Experience working on at least one core module: Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service.
- Solid understanding of Dataverse schema and security model.
- Strong experience with:
- Plugin development (.NET / C#)
- Web Resources (JavaScript/React, HTML, CSS)
- Power Automate (cloud flows, triggers, connectors)
- PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) custom controls
- Experience in solution management, packaging, and deployment using Power Platform tools.
- Hands-on experience with Model-driven apps in Power Apps.
- Knowledge of ALM practices for Power Platform.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good to Have (Preferred Skills):
- Experience with Canvas Apps in Power Apps.
- Integration experience with SharePoint Online and any other enterprise systems.
- Exposure to AI capabilities in Dynamics 365 like Copilot, AI Builder, or custom AI agent integrations.
- Familiarity with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or custom connectors.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform using Azure DevOps or Dataverse pipeline.
