Job Description

To ensure proper supervision & management of Area Heads, Territory Heads, Branch Heads, Sales Manager & their team of Advisors to make them achieve there targets
Training them through various training programmes & skill builders
Achieve Zone Targets.

Required Candidate profile

Minimum Graduate from any stream with minimum 10+ years of Insurance experience with hardcore tied Agency background is must
Should well versed with Tied Agency Module of Insurance Company
Should have been a proven performer with impeccable track r
