Role Description Proconvis is looking for a Senior Architect for Industrial Projects for a full-time role, based in Pune Head Office, In this role, you will be expected to handle the day-to-day tasks associated with industrial projects. This includes tasks such as developing site feasibility studies, creating designs, handling construction documents, preparing cost estimates, and acting as. the main point of contact with clients, consultants, and contractors. Qualifications and Work Skills 6+ years of experience in the industrial sector as an architect A degree in Architecture from a recognized university Expert knowledge of industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp An understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards; including knowledge of National Building Codes and State Building Codes Demonstrated experience in handling the design and construction of industrial buildings, including warehouses, factories, and power plants An understanding of the principles of sustainability and energy efficiency in design and construction Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to work effectively in a team environment An ability to work independently, showing initiative, and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines Experience in industrial design and construction projects in various sectors, from concept design through construction and commissioning.
