Job Description

  • What You'll Do:
  • Should read and understand online business news articles & perform tasks in a precise and timely manner independently.
  • Perform valid and reliable market research using the Google search engine.
  • Collect data on companies, competitors, marketplace and consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations.
  • Provide competitive analysis of various companies market offerings, identify their CEO, Founded Date, Revenue, Employee counts, and other firmographic details of the companies.
  • Validation and categorization of business events such as Funding, Acquisition, and Leadership Changes.
  • Compile and analyze raw and statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it.
  • Evaluation of key data to ensure that data on the news articles are accurate and the credibility of the publisher.
  • Remain fully informed on primary search methodologies, and other parties' research and implement best practices.
  • Understand business objectives and perform accordingly.
  • What You'll Bring:
  • Basic and intermediate-level market research analysis experience.
  • Ability to interpret large amounts of data and multi-task.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Search engines, web analytics, and business research tools
  • Adequate knowledge of data collection methods
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking
  • Writing/preparing the contents company/event descriptions and sending alerts to the users.
