Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced architect with excellent design skills using AutoCAD and Sketchup. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive architectural plans and drawings, applying engineering and material knowledge to ensure optimal project outcomes, and conducting thorough site evaluations to maintain quality and safety standards. Additionally, the candidate will provide oversight and strategic input throughout the construction process and collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish objectives, schedules, and budgets. Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive. architectural plans and drawings using AutoCAD and Sketchup from the concept stage to the final drawing. Apply engineering and material knowledge to achieve optimal project outcomes. Conduct thorough site evaluations to maintain quality and safety standards. Provide oversight and strategic input throughout the construction process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish objectives, schedules, and budgets. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture B Arch. 1-2 years of experience as an architect, with a proven track record of successful projects, Freshers can also apply. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketchup is essential. Ability to create realistic renders on Vray, and Lumion. Strong design skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
