We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the apparel industry, with a specific focus on exports. As a Senior Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end merchandising process, from product development to delivery, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities: Manage the entire merchandising process for the apparel category, with a focus on export orders. Collaborate with design, production, and sourcing teams to develop new products and collections. Source materials and suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms to ensure competitiveness. Oversee production timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of orders. Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and buyers. Provide guidance and support to junior merchandising. staff. Requirements: Minimum 8 years of experience in apparel merchandising, with a strong background in exports. Proven track record of managing large-scale export orders from start to finish. In-depth knowledge of the apparel industry, including materials, production processes, and quality standards. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Fashion Design, or related field (preferred).
