Job Title: SQL DB Support Engineer Notice: Immediate to 15 days Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Noida We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an SQL and Azure Troubleshooting Specialist. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in technical support, with a strong focus on SQL and Azure. Responsibilities: Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for SQL and Azure related issues. Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide effective solutions. Diagnose and resolve problems related to SQL and Azure databases. Assist in the implementation and configuration of Azure and SQL infrastructure. Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose preventive measures. Communicate technical solutions and best practices to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference. Stay up-to-date with the latest. Azure and SQL technologies and advancements. Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and procedures. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-6 years of experience in technical support, preferably with a focus on SQL and Azure DBA . Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure SQL Database, Azure App Service, Azure Storage, etc. Proficiency in troubleshooting, including query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and identify creative solutions. Microsoft Azure certifications, such as Azure Administrator or Azure Developer, are preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
