Job Requirements

-Oversee daily financial operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.

- Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes.

- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business initiatives.

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

- Support audits and regulatory compliance activities.

- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize business performance.

Work Experience

**Qualifications:**

- MBA in Finance, CA, Accounting, or a related field.

- 3-7 years of experience in business finance or a related role.

- Preferred experience in semico Industry

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in financial software and tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
