Having a background of Luxury Sales in Interiors and Arch field would be an added advantage Someone having a flair of design, excellent communication Skills and handling HNI Clients A Go-getter attitude who believes in building and nourishing relationships Responsibilities 1) Generating OUTBOUND Leads (B2B and B2C) by site visits, secondary research, development of referral partners, etc. 2) Able to understand customers requirement, study drawing, prepare layouts, showing companys previous projects and credentials and making presentations for pitching to the client 3) Submission of proposals to the client within 24-48 hours of the Client request 4) Seek support from the Technical team for any technical assistance 5) Take the lead in negotiations and try to maximize the best possible price for Resaiki and avoid. unnecessary discounting 6) Market research and tracking through sources about new brands and businesses looking for services and Inform the Leadership team of all Competitor activities & strategies 7) On the daily basis, update on the CRM activities completed for the day and the activities planned for the following day. 8) Submit a Monthly Plan of Action for the following month to your Immediate Superior by the last day of the previous month. 9) Visiting exhibitions, new projects, fares and exhibitions for networking opportunities and thereby maintaining the database 10) Building relationships for continuous flow of leads from the market 11) All communication to be made only as per Resaiki Brand Positioning 12) Will be responsible for upholding the Resaiki Brand and living up to all the commitments made to the Clients.
