Role : Customer Marketing Manager (CPD) HQ : Hyderabad Area of operation : Telangana and Andhra Pradesh Team size : 2 to 4 no Customer marketing officers & 12 to 15 merchandisers Reporting to : Branch Customer Marketing Manager and dotted line to RSM Budget : Upto 12 LPA Tasks : Lead the team of CMOs and ensure roll-out of the company activations through the team of merchandisers Identify the in-store and activation opportunities at the market and align branch team for effective roll-out Effective roll-out, tracking and implementation of the company activities, like H-Ratna, Elite/non-elite program On the job training to CMOs, conducting training programs and ensure discipline and working from the team of merchandisers Analyses the activation, GTM, launch and program stores performance on periodic basis and share the observations Do take necessary correction wherever necessary with the consultation of the branch Work closely with the ASMs in the region for the. smooth conduct and execution of all the activations. Joint working and reviews to be planned in advance
