Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Dehradun for a US-HRBP (Recruitment + Onboarding) Healthcare. This individual will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinate with stakeholders to ensure new joiners are onboarded seamlessly, and will ensure a high level of candidate and employee satisfaction through their interactions with them. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field Excellent organizational skills to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced and changing environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently. Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
