AGM/ Senior Manager - Accounts/ Controller in Finance & Accounts Full-time employee, Gurgaon Profile Summary: Highly accomplished Accounting Controller with extensive experience in Accounting and Finance. Ability to motivate and lead highly productive diverse teams to enhance and fully implement new business processes to maximize business management. Responsibilities: Your work will include accounts and finance functions including but not limited to: Concluding Statutory & Internal Audits of SPVs Handling consolidation/ reporting activities for Holdco/ HQ level with respect to various Indian SPVs Budget Monitoring of all Projects/ SPVs All Compliances (Direct & Indirect tax, FEMA, Companies Act etc) for all India SPV Handling Due Diligence work in. relation with respect to Investor/ Lender Managing Transfer pricing working of all Indian SPVs Treasury Management for all Indian SPVs Working capital Management LCs, BGs, Fund based Working capital Handling various reporting as per HQ reporting guidelines Managing Monthly/ Quarterly reporting to Investor/ Lender/ Stakeholders Monitoring & Controlling of Contracts of all Indian Companies Basic Requirements: Preferably CA with experience of at least 8-10 years MBA Degree shall be added advantage. Good knowledge of Indian Income tax, Companies act, FEMA etc Must have good knowledge of MS office (Excel + Word) & Accounting softwares. Hands on experience of end-end Statutory Audit of Indian Companies Must be able to handle multiple tasks within expected timeline. Qualification & Educational Requirements: Preferable - CA CA + MBA qualification shall be an added advantage.
