Job Location- Hotel Sahara Star, Domestic Airport,Vile Parle,Mumbai on Sahara Star Payroll Job Title: Pastry Head Chef Department: Food & Beverage Reports To: Executive Chef Location: Mumbai, India Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Head Chef to join our team at a renowned 5-star hotel in Mumbai. As Pastry Head Chef, you will be responsible for all aspects of the pastry operation, including menu development, production, presentation, and staff training. You will be a creative and passionate leader with a proven track record of success in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the pastry operation, including menu development, production, presentation, and staff training Develop and implement innovative and seasonal pastry menus Source high-quality ingredients and ensure Train and develop pastry team members Maintain a clean and safe work environment Control food costs and. adhere to budget guidelines Participate in special events and promotions Stay up-to-date on current pastry trends and techniques Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a 5-star hotel or restaurant Proven ability to develop and implement creative and seasonal pastry menus Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work effectively under pressure Proficient in all aspects of pastry production Passion for food and a commitment to quality Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work in a world-class hotel Work with a talented and experienced team Be part of a growing and successful company To Apply: Please submit your resume and cover letter to hidden_email Additional Information: Starting salary: 80,000 - 1,20,000 per month (depending on experience) Work hours rotation shifts as per hospitality standards
