Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef. The Head Chef will be responsible for daily kitchen operations, managing food preparation and presentation, ordering and inventory management, maintaining food safety standards, and supervising kitchen staff. Prefer IHM degree holder & also Graduate from another field can be considered in case having diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management of minimum 3 years. Salary - Upto 50k to 60k CTC Per Month Location - Paharganj, Delhi Qualifications Lead, mentored, and manage the culinary team Bulk production Create prep lists for the kitchen crew Manage food costing and inventory using excel Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance. Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and. regulations. Managing and working closely with other Chefs of all levels Being responsible for health and safety Being responsible for food hygiene practices Controlling and directing the food preparation process Ultimately responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines Determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering Handling base kitchens Pan India.
