Job Description We are seeking a talented Python Backend Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our backend systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python programming and backend development, with experience in building scalable and efficient applications. Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and related frameworks such as Django or Flask. Design and implement data models, database schemas, and queries for efficient data storage and retrieval. Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate backend services with frontend components, ensuring seamless user experiences. Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and prevent security vulnerabilities. Optimize backend services for performance, scalability, and reliability, considering factors such as caching. asynchronous processing, and distributed computing. Write automated tests to ensure the reliability and robustness of backend code, and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality. Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and staging environments, providing timely resolutions to technical challenges. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in backend development, and apply them to improve existing systems. Collaborate effectively within an Agile development team, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Qualifications Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of professional experience in Python backend development. Proficiency in Python programming language and related libraries/frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask). Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and proficiency in writing efficient SQL queries. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services development. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
