Job Description

Finding clients: Convincing clients to use an agency to sell their property
Advertising: Promoting properties through advertisements, open houses, and multiple listing services
Appraising property values: Advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
Preparing paperwork: Preparing contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, and more
Providing guidance: Helping clients determine their needs and financial abilities, and guiding them through the negotiation process
Building relationships: Building long-term relationships with clients and customers
Generating leads: Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue
Processing orders: Accurately recording details of customers' purchase orders and processing all customer purchases accordingly
Developing content: Developing content for sales presentations and other materials
