Job Title - Project Manager - Azure Infrastructure Location - Dubai onsite Experience Level: 12+ Years Skills- Project management, Risk management, PMP certified, M365 migration Expected Skills/Competency JD Project Management and Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for migrating to Microsoft M365. Coordinate with various departments to minimize disruption during migration. Manage timelines, resources, and budget allocations for the project. Technical Implementation: Oversee the migration of email systems to Microsoft 365. Implement and manage document management solutions within the M365 ecosystem. Ensure data integrity and seamless integration during the migration process. Security and Compliance: Regularly review and update security protocols. Develop and implement security policies and procedures for the M365 environment. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Ongoing Management and Support: Provide ongoing management. of the M365 cloud infrastructure. Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments. Offer support and training to staff on M365 tools. Must have skills: Manages stakeholder expectations and communication flow as they relate to project deliverables, scope and the internal project team. Run effective meetings with both internal (project team(s) & steering committee) and external third parties while ensuring that all meetings are minutes, actions assigned with deadlines and published. Defines and manages team expectations regarding scope of work and responsibilities. Accurately anticipates and catches deviations from a plan or schedule early to assess their impact to the schedule and to keep stakeholders informed. Ensures projects meet deadlines. Ensure that all risks and issues are captured and managed throughout all phases of the project lifecycle Manages vendor relationships as it relates to the project. Coordinates across departments to manage day-to-day workflow to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget. Ensures internal systems are updated with the necessary information to ensure all team members, managers and directors can access the necessary project and/or resource related information. Should be good with using Analytics tools to measure the performance of digital marketing activity and ROI. Understanding of SEO best practices
