Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Project Manager / Project Manager Junior KAM / Key Account Manager (Client Servicing) located in Mumbai. The person will be responsible for project management, single point of contact for clients, cost control and management on a. day-to-day basis. Please note this is not a Sales or Finance role. Qualifications Min. 4+ yrs. experience in Client Servicing / Key accounts management Experience in Mystery Shopping / Customer experience / CX / UX Research industry is a plus Strong project management and Client communication/management skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree or MBA Experience working with Hospitality / QSR, Automobile clients If you find the above skill sets match your experience, please send your updated CV to hidden_email
