Responsibilities Ensuring timely smooth operation and daily activities in respect of Accounts, Finance & Taxation. Ensure timely statutory payment & data preparation for assessments for Income Tax , VAT , PF,PT, ST & CST etc. Ensuring applicable statutory compliances while adopting the Financial & Accounting practices. Tracking operating finance through Cost analysis against the budgets approved. Ensuring timely filing of various periodical returns with various tax and statutory authorities. Processing payments after verifying statutory compliances of contractors, vendors & agencies. Review of reconciliations i.e. BRS, Inter Company, Suppliers and Vendors etc. Tally Ledgers creation & updating vendor master. Asset take over related books update , Trial Balance mapping & matching. Verification & issuing of Quarterly TDS certificates to. vendors Accounts Finalization Audit Handling Qualifications Qualified Chartered Accountant
