• Hands on and In depth experience on HR matters
• In depth experience on C&B, Payroll & Salary processing
• Hands on experience on Time & Attendance (Attendance & Leave management)
• Fair Knowledge on Onboarding & Exit formalities
• Hands on experience on Recruitment Process
• Good experience on T&D (Training & Development)

Desired Qualifications, Experience and Requirements:

• MBA-HR/MHRM
• 4-8 years of experience in Human Resources
• Good team player and Ability to do Multi-tasking
• Should be well conversant with HRMS ERP
• Excellent knowledge on MS Excel
• Willingness to learn and stretched time and target
• Adaptable to change
