Healthcare Enrollment Specialist Patient Advocate (a) Primary Responsibilities: Relationship Building & Guided Patient Experience: Engage with individuals visiting the clinic, welcoming them and providing a comprehensive overview and its offerings. Understand their unique needs and assure them that we are the ideal destination for cultivating a healthier life, tailored to their well-being. Skillfully guide individuals through the entire clinic experience, explaining the process, duration, and seamlessly handing them over to our dedicated Health Coaches. This ensures a smooth and informed journey for every visitor. Post-Consultation Influence & Lead Conversion: Follow up with patients post-consultation, assuming the role of a trusted advisor. Effectively influence and guide them towards a commitment to subscribe to the personalized Care Plan recommended by the doctor. Collaboration: Work closely with the calling team to understand the background of the visiting patient. if any, which will help in obtaining context in advance. This proactive approach will aid in building a stronger and quicker rapport when they visit the clinic. Based on learnings and experiences on the ground, work closely with the marketing and sales teams to implement strategies that attract / convert potential clients Collaborate with the Health Coach for a smooth transition in the patient's journey. (b) Key Performance Metrics Appointment-to-Subscription Rate Patient Satisfaction Score based on feedback survey Timely and Accurate Transition to Health Coach Qualifications: Minimum 2-6 years of client-facing experience within the healthcare industry, preferably in a hospital or similar setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, connecting with individuals from diverse backgrounds, building rapport, and conveying complex information clearly. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to navigating unexpected situations and inquiries. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in record-keeping and appointment scheduling. Deep empathy and compassion, coupled with a genuine desire to support individuals and guide them towards optimal healthcare outcomes.
