Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a Full-time on-site role. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to perform various office tasks and support the hospital's daily operations. The candidate will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, coordinating patient files and keeping records, and maintaining inventory supply. The Administrative Assistant will be located in Kozhikode and will work closely with other members of the hospital staff to ensure efficient and effective operations. Qualifications High-school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Powerpoint Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize competing responsibilities Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong time-management skills and ability to meet. deadlines Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with others Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus Bilingual fluency in English and Malayalam is a plus
