Experience: 2-5 years in Direct Sales/ B2B Sales/ Merchant Acquisition/ Retail Sales (Not Stores experience), preferably in Telecom Sales/ Digital Payment. Field sales & Team handling experience is a must. Digital payments & telecom sales experience will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a strategy for acquisition of merchants and retailers from various segments.
- Responsible for sourcing, generating, and closing new acquisition & activation signing leads.
- Manage a team of direct salespeople.
- Coach & mentor the team in acquisition and relationship management.
- Plan, formulate, and implement promotional strategies to increase market penetration and visibility.
- Willingness to travel across the city to develop the market.
Key Competencies:
- 2-5 years of relevant field sales experience.
- Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, with the ability to coach others.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Strength in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
