Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Fiber Optic Splicer, located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, with some flexibility for remote work. The Fiber Optic Splicer will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining fiber optic cables and networks, using specialized equipment and techniques. They will also perform tests to ensure the integrity of the network, and make necessary adjustments and repairs as needed. Qualifications Experience in fiber optic splicing and testing Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics Experience with fiber optic splicing equipment and tools, including fusion splicers and OTDRs Knowledge of industry standards and regulations Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent, with technical training in fiber optics Valid driver's license and reliable. transportation Relevant certifications in fiber optic splicing and testing are a plus
