Job Description In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Manage a team of upto 5 quotation, order entry and order management resources Work upon and guide the team on - Error-free quotations release Ensure acknowledgement is given to sales/customer with a planned quote submission date Achieve Request Date Service Level (RDSL) and PDSL (Promised Date Service Level) for front end activities as well as shipments. Update and circulate Bid Management, Order Management related Management Information System reports Proposals (Bid Management): Registering all enquiries into quote log Planning and scheduling enquiries Ensure acknowledgement is given to sales/customer with a planned quote submission date (within 24 hours) Submit error free quote as per planned quote submission date (On time Performance) Update MIS reports related to bid management and related analysis Monitor and Maintain Global Price books used for preparing MRO quotations Execution (Order. Management) Ensure timely contract review and a clean order release for further processing Timely order entry and sub-order placements Coordinate with factory and customer for materials readiness and shipments Continuously monitor orders for changes, issues and risks involved if any and ensure resolution Achieve, exceed Request Date Service Level (RDSL) and PDSL (Promised Date Service Level) for front end activities as well as shipments. Continuously look for opportunities of improvements and update lessons learned database wherever applicable. Who You Are: You quickly and decisively act in constantly evolving, unexpected situations. You analyze multiple and diverse sources of information to define problems accurately before moving to solutions. You observe situational and group dynamics and select best-fit approach. For This Role, You Will Need: Minimum Requirements: Strong product knowledge about oil and gas industry related to actuators, control valves and instrumentation Committed to ongoing personal growth and skill enhancement through training and development courses Excellent verbal and written skills coupled with strong MS Office skills Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Bachelors in engineering preferred, any graduate with relevant experience Minimum 7 years experience in the manufacturing industry in proposals team / order management team Our Offer to You: By joining Emerson, you will be given the opportunity to make a difference through the work you do.
