Job Role - Team Leader - Test Rider Operation Reporting To - Project Manager Salary - 23000 - 28000 Per Month Shift - Rotational Shift Location - Bangalore Position Overview We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Team Leader with Logistics, Delivery or relevant operational background to join our team. The Team Leader will play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team, and ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of all operational activities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in team management, with a strong focus on manpower planning, reporting, and proficiency in Excel. Roles & Responsibilites - Lead & Manage team of Test Riders, providing guidance, support & direction to ensure optimal performance & productivity - Plan & Schedule the roster of manpower, including assigning shifts, allocating resources and ensuring adequate coverage to meet operational requirements - Monitor & adjust manpower. allocations as needed to address fluctuation in demand and optimize resource utilization - Generate daily operational reports, and maintain records or day to day operations in given sheets - Identify Opportunities in improving the process of the day to day operations Qualification Any Diploma/ITI/Degree or with relevant experience and proficient language.
