Job Responsibilities:
Sales and Promotion
Responsible for increasing distribution and volume across retail accounts (MOT, High end Pub/bars, star Key Hotels / properties and other high volume/category salient outlets)
Responsible for maintaining product freshness visibility and chilled stock standards in assigned retail accounts by monitoring and rotating stocks
Ensure listing in all relevant on trade stores
Partnering with Retailers to ensure orders are placed, products are received and business is growing at accounts
Increase shelf space and position for Coca-cola ARTD products.
Introduce new brands and packages where appropriate.
Ensure activation/guidelines securing incremental distribution, brand visibility, product facing, and displays
MIS and Sales reporting
Attend sales/team meetings as directed by management along with daily interaction with the manager to discuss sales issues, competitive activities, and opportunities to maximize sales efforts
Responsible for fulfilling pre-established objectives set by the Sales Supervisor or Area Manager and implementation of Company programs at the retail level
Responsible for daily decisions regarding retail inventory levels using past sales history, changes in climate, competitive activity, and special promotional activities

Reports To: Key Accounts Manager
Internal Customers: Area Managers/ Sales Managers, Regional Sales Managers, Regional Marketing Manager and other Trade Marketing Managers, Solutions, Legal & Corporate Affairs team, Team members of Tech Sales, Brand & Trade Marketing, & PPM, Zone/Global Tech Sales teams
External Customers: Service Providers, Retail Outlet License holders, E-Commerce partners
