Job Responsibilities:
* Leading employee training & development division by monitoring competency grids and identifying training needs for skill / competency up-gradation
* Coaching and training by using interactive discussions along with "hands-on" approaches to help members learn and apply concepts
* Spearheading retention and productivity enhancement measures for the frontline professionals recruited
* Developing and deploying professional programmes in sync with business requirements in aligned divisions
* Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills for different roles and analysing existing level of competencies; understanding soft skill training needs and customizing training module accordingly
* Managing the development of training curriculum; formulating and reviewing training outlines
* Planning and delivering induction training for staff
