Please go through companys profile: www.fourtaxglobal.com/ Please find job description below. Will be Secretary to MD and supporting him on the following aspects, 1. Taking notes & writing Minutes of Meeting 2. Replying to Emails 3. Act as Travel Desk to for MD for travel planning, itinerary, Visa / passport process 4. Calendar Management 5. Time Management 6. Insurance process 7. Accountable for personal payments Key Responsibilities: Ability to draft correspondence. Reply to E-mails. Managing daily calendar & setting up reminders for meetings, events Ticket booking as and when required & sharing the itineraries Managing & Processing all travel related documentation including itinerary, Hotel Accommodation, Boarding passes etc. Preparing for presentations & general digital literacy Must be able to arrange meetings in Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. as per the requirements. Managing Credit Card Bills of the Director & Coordinating with accounts for timely payments Verifying Travel bills & obtaining approval from MD.
