Requirements
MINIMUM 1-2 YEARS EXPERIENCE OR FRESHER FROM TRAVEL BACKGROUND
Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them appropriate destination, modes of transportation's, travel dates, costs and accommodations.
Attending the guest at the counter.
Preparing the itineraries as per guest needs.
Assisting and guiding the client with suitable customized holiday packages.
Meeting the client to generate the leads and queries
Coordinating with the product and operations team for the smooth services.
Finalized sales for packages, delivered tour information, and answered the queries of the clients.
Efficiently handling day-to-day operations and follow-up for inquiries, bookings/confirmations, payments, vouchers, post-holiday feedback, etc.
