Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top IT talent, including passive candidates.
• Utilize various platforms such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to source candidates.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications, technical abilities, and interest in the position.
• Coordinate and facilitate technical assessments or tests when necessary.
• Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand specific job requirements and team dynamics.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Openings are at our east Mumbai office (East Andheri)

- Must have experience majorly into C2H Hiring.

- Have experience working mostly with implementation partners.

- Well versed with IT Technologies.
