Azure Data Factory Engineer Key Must-Have Skills: Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage data pipelines, linked services, and datasets using Azure Data Factory.

• Design and deliver complex Azure infrastructure solutions while ensuring adherence to security and governance best practices.

• Deploy infrastructure in Azure and ensure smooth operations.

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand customization needs and work with project managers and technology teams to successfully deliver solutions.

• Design, configure, customize, test, document, and transition solutions to support.

Troubleshooting and Support:

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to applications, diagnose root causes, and implement solutions.

• Escalate complex issues to relevant teams.

• Maintain accurate documentation of user inquiries, incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.

• Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and user guides.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and comply with company data security policies.

Qualifications:

• 8-12 years of IT experience, with a focus on Azure and Migration from Oracle SQL to PostgreSQL.

• Hands-on proficiency in Azure Data Factory (ADF) and DevOps Deployment for at least 3-5 years.

• ITIL V3 experience with expertise in change management, configuration management (CMDB), incident management, problem management, ITIL service delivery, service operations, and customer relationship management.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
