Company Description: Magnimus is an innovative extended reality game company located in Bengaluru. Founded by top graduates from IITs Magnimus Studios is creating one of the first fantasy-fitness mixed reality application called Vital Knights for Meta Quest. Role Description: We are seeking a talented Animation and VFX artist to join our team in Bengaluru as a part-time hybrid role. You will work on creating engaging visual effects and animations for our upcoming game. This content will be used for in-game cinematics and promotions. Candidate will be provided with pre-made assets and animations. The ideal candidate will have experience in 3D animation, and proficiency with either Blender or Maya. Knowledge of Unity Cine-machine is preferred. Candidate should have a good understanding of camera movements for elegant shots and scene setup. Basic video editing skills will be helpful. This role allows for both onsite and remote working options with flexible working. hours. Qualifications: Candidate with any stream of education is eligible to apply. However a bachelor's degree in Animation, Game Design, or related field will be naturally preferred. Proficiency in working with 3D assets, animations and VFX for games or related media. Ability to create 3D animation and special effects. Proficiency in any of Maya or Blender is sufficient. Experience working with Unity Cine-Machine is preferred. Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and contribute creatively to projects Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines Strong communication skills and ability to give and receive feedback constructively
