Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef located in Greater Jodhpur Area. The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff, developing menus, creating and testing recipes, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen equipment. The Executive Chef will also ensure that the kitchen is clean and meets health and safety regulations. Qualifications Culinary Arts degree or equivalent experience Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role Knowledge of Indian, Asian, and/or Western cuisine Strong leadership and management skills Ability to create and test new recipes Knowledge of kitchen equipment and safety guidelines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Experience in fine dining or luxury hotel is a plus
