Role Description This is a contract remote position for a Research Associate Executive Search. The Research Associate will be responsible for conducting executive search research across a variety of industries and functions using primary and secondary research methods. They will also work closely with consultants to identify and engage with high potential candidates, and prepare reports and presentations on research findings. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field At least 3-4 years of experience in executive search research or executive recruiting Excellent research and. analytical skills, including experience with online research tools and databases Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work effectively in a team environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience in managing and prioritising multiple projects with competing deadlines Working against tight timelines and eager to deliver quickly
