The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to academic excellence, innovative teaching methods, and research prowess within the field of business studies. Key Responsibilities: Teach undergraduate and graduate-level courses in business-related disciplines, including but not limited to finance, marketing, management, entrepreneurship, and economics. Develop and. deliver engaging and dynamic lectures, seminars, and workshops that stimulate critical thinking and foster student engagement. Mentor and advise students on academic and career matters, providing guidance and support for their personal and professional development. Conduct scholarly research and publish high-quality academic papers in peer-reviewed journals, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in the field of business studies. Participate in curriculum development, program assessment, and accreditation activities to ensure the continued enhancement of academic programs within the School of Business. Collaborate with colleagues and industry partners to develop innovative teaching materials, experiential learning opportunities, and industry-relevant projects. Engage in service activities within the institution, including committee work, faculty meetings, and academic leadership roles as assigned. Qualifications: A Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in a business-related field from a reputable institution. Demonstrated teaching excellence and a strong record of scholarly research and publication in reputable academic journals. Expertise in one or more areas of business specialization, with a deep understanding of current trends, theories, and best practices. Proven ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and theories to diverse audiences, including students, colleagues, and industry professionals. Experience in curriculum development, program assessment, and accreditation processes preferred.
