Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with senior architects and designers to conceptualize and refine architectural designs and concepts. Demonstrate proficiency in producing precise and detailed drawings, plans, and specifications utilizing cutting-edge computer-aided design (CAD) software. Engage actively with project teams to facilitate collaborative brainstorming sessions, offering innovative design solutions and addressing complex architectural challenges. Conduct thorough research on materials, building codes, and regulatory requirements, ensuring meticulous adherence to project specifications and compliance standards. Participate in comprehensive site surveys, inspections, and assessments. gathering essential data to inform strategic project planning and design development. Craft compelling presentation materials, including stunning renderings, models, and visualizations, to effectively communicate design concepts and proposals. Contribute to seamless project coordination efforts by attending key meetings, reviewing project schedules, and liaising effectively with external consultants and contractors. Assist in the meticulous preparation of construction documents, encompassing detailed drawings, schedules, and specifications, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and precision. Uphold meticulous organizational practices, maintaining impeccably organized project files, documentation, and records to ensure seamless project execution and regulatory compliance. Exhibit a steadfast commitment to professional growth and development, remaining abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance architectural proficiency and expertise. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution. Proficiency in leading computer-aided design (CAD) software platforms, including but not limited to AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Possess exceptional design acumen, coupled with a demonstrated aptitude for creative problem-solving and innovative design thinking. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, complemented by a natural ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment. A keen attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to delivering work of the highest caliber. Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methodologies. Previous internship or professional experience within an architectural firm is preferred, although not mandatory. A robust portfolio showcasing academic or professional design projects is highly desirable, demonstrating a keen eye for design and exceptional proficiency in design software
