Job Description

We are seeking a competent and motivated Software Engineering Lead with strong knowledge on Development practices, Scrum practices, leadership skills, Technical expertise in product and solution development, and a commitment to foster collaborative and innovative work environment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a group of Software Developers. Driving innovation through effective processes and tools while ensuring their development and motivation, would be an important part of your responsibility. Responsibilities: Set development and performance goals for team members and lead them to achieve it. Ensure adherence to defined practices, processes, and procedures within the assigned team. Encourage team members to participate in events such as organization-wide and technical events, hackathons, innovation labs, etc. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team in hiring processes, including creating job requisitions (MPRs), collaborating with hiring. managers, and providing training and induction to new team members. Coach and mentor developers on career development and competency building. Motivate the team to practice Lean and Agile best practices
