Job Description
We are seeking for a Senior Developer with over 5 years of hands-on experience in backend and full-stack development, with a strong command of Golang as a must-have skill, along with working knowledge of Node.js and React.js. This role demands not only technical expertise but also strong ownership, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset. Key Responsibilities: -
- Developer will create a design and approach document and discuss with Lead. It will rule out any chance to identify wrong approach taken by developer during code review.
- Developer should provide the effort to the lead.
- Make sure delivery dates shared should be met. You should share external/internal dependences with ETA to Lead. So that Lead should verify those dependencies; also share risk if thats not done.
- Make sure to do self-code review and self-functional/behavior review (using developers Peer review checklist) before Tech lead do the Peer review.
- Kick off / Development Document creation and updating (Live doc).
- Client reviews with the help of lead identify scope creep, CR, Issues. Maintain all reviews at a shared location with visibility to PM.
- Should be Trouble-shooter and with Problem solving attitude
Requirements
- Experience : Senior Developer with experience of minimum 5+ year of Developer.
- Experience on multiple technologies like Golang (Must), Node JS, and React JS.
- Should be Trouble-shooter and with Problem solving attitude,
- Good Oral and Written Communication Skill in English
- Good Knowledge of Object Oriented design patterns
- Ability to review code and game
- Experience with MySQL, mongo dB, AWS, Elastic Search
