Job Description We seek an accomplished and strategic Senior Sales Manager with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset. Your role involves forging impactful partnerships with high-level clients, inspiring innovative approaches in PR, Advertising, Brand Management, and Digital realms. Responsibilities: Proactively Identify and Cultivate Business Prospects: Take charge in identifying and nurturing new business prospects, expanding the agency's clientele with customer-centric approaches. Apply Creative Thinking Strategically: Enhance business operations and strategically present and sell innovative solutions. Master the Art of Business Pitches: Showcase proficiency in crafting compelling pitches that highlight expertise in delivering customer-centric solutions. Lead the Sales Process: Follow up on leads, qualify them, and collaborate with prospects to understand pain points, positioning Marcom solutions. Close Deals with Insight: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of. customer needs, proposing solutions for successful closures. Stay Informed and Strategic: Maintain exceptional knowledge of Marcom solutions, exhibiting strategic excellence for profitable growth. Operate with Autonomy and Accountability: Lead your portfolio autonomously, contributing to the agency's success with strategic decisions. Requirements: Seasoned Professional: 4-10 years of solid agency business development experience. Multi-Agency Expertise: Experience in creative, media, and digital realms. Strategic Vision: Ability to think beyond the short term, identifying opportunities, risks, and solutions for organic growth. Portfolio Management: Experience in handling large portfolio clients, including resourcing and revenue planning. Business Strategy Mastery: Design and define an industry-leading business strategy. Campaign and Event Leadership: Proven experience leading campaigns and events with high-profile talent and press. Deal-Closing Skills: Demonstrated success in driving and closing deals. Effective Communication: Strong presentation skills and a track record of effective communication with key stakeholders
